This position will manage and support various educational and workforce initiatives impacting the availability of work-ready talent for key industry sectors in the South Bend – Elkhart region, ultimately leading to an increase in the post-secondary attainment level and per capita personal income for the region’s residents. This role will support the South Regional Partnership’s efforts in executing Applied Learning and Workforce Skills programs within the region. READI Finance Manager

Position Objective:

The Regional Partnership is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial administration of $95M in current and future READI funding. This role will work closely with project leads to ensure financial compliance and reporting for between 30-60 projects ranging in size from $2M to $200+M. The READI Finance Manager will establish direct relationships with all our municipal partners, economic development organizations, funders, developers and other stakeholders to work with projects from conception to completion. This role will use and manage inter-related grant reporting data systems and document flow from projects to funders. To download the position description, click here.
