Skill UP Indiana!

|

Indiana faces a stiff challenge in meeting workforce needs that are vital to enriching and catalyzing strong communities across our state. The Indiana Department of Workforce Development’s employer-driven Skill Up Indiana! strategy is providing up to $20M in grants to support talent creation in our communities.

You were identified as someone in our community that may have interest in forming an Innovation Network to identify talent, knowledge, and workforce gaps and work to better align our educational pathways to meet future employer needs. We wish to supply industry business partners with better prepared talent and we are seeking your help and expertise to help us with this.

We are in the process of forming an Innovation Network of education and training providers that are responsive to the needs of employers, are committed to leveraging shared resources, teach against the same set of skills and competencies, and serve all Hoosiers, including secondary students, post-secondary students, adult education students, and incumbent workers.

You are invited to join our network and collaborate on the upcoming Talent Supply Chain Feedback Sessions:
