Marson International is currently hiring for up to six Apprentices within Robotics Technician and Industrial Maintenance Technician Occupations. No experience is required to apply and hired Apprentices will become full-time enrolled students within non-degree certification programs at Ivy Tech Community College, South Bend – Elkhart.
ELKHART, Ind. (Feb. 14, 2022) — Marson International has partnered with the Labs for Industry Futures and Transformation (LIFT) Network to launch U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Programs for the occupations of Industrial Maintenance Mechanics and Robotics Technicians, respectively. In addition to recruitment activities for the Registered Apprenticeship Opportunities, Marson will also partner with WorkOne of Northern Indiana to showcase additional job openings via the February 23 On-Site Hiring Event.
The On-Site Hiring Event will take place on February 23rd with On-Site interview times of 9:30am; 10:15am; 2:00pm and 2:45pm. Walk-ins to the Hiring Event are welcome, but to ensure a spot please register in one of these ways

The hiring event will feature openings for Registered Apprenticeship programs within Industrial Maintenance and Robotics Technology, in which prospective Apprentices will gain skills in technology, digital manufacturing and overall production leadership. The company has shared that the opportunities are a good way for individuals who may be recent high school graduates and/or individuals currently working in the manufacturing industry that are interested in gaining skills relevant to the future of the industry. No experience is required to interview for the Registered Apprenticeship Program, and individuals that are accepted into the program will become students at Ivy Tech South Bend – Elkhart as a part of their Registered Apprenticeship Program education training.
In addition to apprenticeship opportunities, Marson is also conducting interviews and providing information on occupations such as Tube Bender Machine Operators, MIG Welders and TIG Welders.

- Industrial Maintenance Technician: $21 per hour
- Robotics Technician: $21 per hour
