which will feature Karrah Herring, Indiana’s first Chief Equity, Inclusion, and Opportunity Officer for the State as keynote speaker.

This one-day conference includes dynamic women leaders sharing positive, inspiring, and unifying messages through personal insights and experience. There are focused tracks for career development, entrepreneurship, technology, and health/wellness. The Engaging Women Conference supports the SPARK Program of the Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative of Saint Mary’s College, a business accelerator for under-resourced women.
